CHOMA, Zambia -- Many Peace Corps volunteers live in rural communities with little access to running water and electricity. However, most of them have cell phones for safety and communicating with their job sites and family overseas. Meet Elyse Callahan, a health volunteer, who lived in Zambia for 24 months.
